2 Cups Mixed Berries, such as Blueberries and Raspberries
4 Mini Cast-Iron Skillets or Ramekins

4 Ounces Cream Cheese, cubed (optional)
Powdered Sugar, for serving
Maple Syrup, for serving

Directions
Step 1
Place single-serve cast iron skillets in oven and preheat to 350*F. (Alternately you can use 1 regular sized skillet, or skip to steps 2-3.)
Step 2
*Prepare French Toast Cubes according to our Cinnamon French Toast Bites recipe, substituting Martin’s Hoagie Rolls for the Dinner Potato Rolls.
Step 3
Carefully remove preheated cast-iron skillets from oven and coat with a bit of butter. Toss together French toast cubes and mixed berries, then divide among the prepared skillets (or ramekins). Dot each dish with a few cubes of cream cheese, if using.
Step 4
Bake for 3-4 minutes until warmed through and the flavors have melded.
Step 5
Carefully remove skillets from oven and allow to cool for 1-2 minutes. Top with powdered sugar and serve, with maple syrup for dipping.
