Cinnamon Roll French Toast Pull Apart

Ingredients


12 Martin’s Sweet Party Potato Rolls

Egg Custard

1 Egg Yolk, room temperature

1/2 Cup Heavy Cream, room temperature

1/2 Teaspoon Vanilla Extract

½ - 1 Tablespoon Cinnamon

Cinnamon Roll Glaze

1 Cups Powdered Sugar

2 Tablespoons Whole Milk

1/2 Teaspoon Clear Vanilla Extract


Serves: 12

Directions


Step 1

Preheat oven to 350⁰F.

Step 2

Whisk together egg yolk, cream, vanilla extract, and cinnamon in a shallow baking dish.

Step 3

Grease an 11×7 inch baking dish.

Step 4

Dip entire sheet into egg mixture, making sure all sides are coated.

Step 5

Place in baking dish and bake covered for 30 minutes. Uncover and bake for an additional 5-10 minutes until golden brown.

Step 6

While rolls are baking, make cinnamon roll glaze.

  • Add powdered sugar, whole milk, and extract to a medium sized mixing bowl. Slowly whisk until fully combined. Add more powdered sugar or milk to glaze to achieve desired consistency.

Step 7

Remove rolls from oven, allow to cool for 5 minutes.

Step 8

Drizzle glaze over rolls.

Step 9

Serve warm and enjoy!
