Homemade Buffalo Sauce
1/2 Cup Unsalted Butter (1 stick)
2/3 Cup Hot Pepper Sauce
1 1/2 Tablespoons White Vinegar
1/2 Teaspoon Worcestershire Sauce
1/4 Teaspoon Cayenne Pepper
1/8 Teaspoon Garlic Powder
Salt and Pepper, to taste
Melt the butter in a small saucepan over medium heat.
Add the remaining ingredients and whisk to combine.
Bring to a simmer while whisking. When the mixture begins to bubble, remove from heat, whisk, and set aside for use.
Store in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to one month. Shake before using to reincorporate ingredients.
Use with your favorite dishes such as buffalo chicken sandwiches, drizzle on eggs or avocado toast, or spice up your salad dressings and dips.
