14 Slices Martin’s Texas Toast Potato Bread (1 Loaf)
1/2 Cup Butter, softened
1-2 Cloves Garlic, crushed
½ Cup Creamy Italian Salad Dressing
2 Cups Freshly Shredded Mozzarella Cheese
2 Tablespoons Fresh Parsley

Directions
Step 1
Blend butter, garlic, and salad dressing together in a small bowl.
Step 2
Place bread on a baking sheet. Spread butter mixture on each slice, ensuring you are covering edge to edge (to avoid burning while broiling). Top with shredded cheese.
Step 3
Bake, uncovered, at 350 degrees for 10 to 20 minutes, until cheese is melted.
Step 4
Switch oven to broil. Broil for 5-10 minutes until cheese is bubbly.
Step 5
Top with fresh parsley and enjoy warm!
