2 Cups Semi-Sweet Chocolate Chips
4 Tablespoons Unsalted Butter
25-30 Large Marshmallows
Serves: 6
Directions
Step 1
Preheat the oven to 375°F.
Step 2
In a small bowl, mix graham cracker crumbs, brown sugar, a pinch of salt, and cinnamon (if using). Set aside.
Step 3
Lightly grease a 12-inch cast-iron skillet with butter.
Step 4
Arrange Martin’s Sweet Party Rolls around the skillet’s outer edge in a ring, leaving the center open for the s’mores dip.
Step 5
Brush the tops of the rolls with melted butter, the sprinkle lightly with graham cracker crumbs.
Step 6
In the center of the skillet, add the chocolate chips and 4 tablespoons of butter.
Step 7
Cover loosely with foil, and bake the skillet for 8–10 minutes, until the rolls are warmed through and the chocolate starts to melt.
Step 8
Remove the skillet from the oven and stir the center until smooth.
Step 9
Top the melted chocolate with an even layer of marshmallows, then return the skillet to the oven, uncovered, for 3–5 minutes, just until the marshmallows soften and puff slightly.
Step 10
Switch oven to broil and broil for 1-2 minutes until marshmallows are golden brown. Be careful not to burn the rolls.

- Tip: You can use a pie crust protector or foil to cover the rolls. This can help prevent the rolls from getting burnt.
Step 11
Sprinkle extra graham cracker or flaky salt on top, if desired. Serve warm from the skillet. Pull apart the rolls and dip them into the s’mores dip; enjoy.
