Buffalo Chicken Dip
8 Ounces Cream Cheese, softened
1 Cup Cooked Chicken Breast, shredded
1/2 Cup Homemade Buffalo Sauce
1/2 Cup Blue Cheese Salad Dressing (substitute ranch, if desired)
2 Cups Shredded Colby-Jack Cheese
8 Slices Martin’s Butter Bread, toasted and quartered
12 Martin's Party Potato Rolls
Preheat oven to 350°. Spread cream cheese into an shallow 1-qt. baking dish. Layer with shredded chicken, buffalo sauce, and blue cheese (or ranch) dressing. Sprinkle with shredded colby-jack cheese.
Bake, uncovered, 20-25 minutes or until cheese is melted. Serve with toasted slices of Martin’s Old Fashioned Real Butter Bread or warmed Party Potato Rolls.
