“Big Marty’s”Ingredients
4 Martin’s Big Marty’s Rolls
2 Pounds Ground Beef
2 Teaspoons Worcestershire Sauce
1 Teaspoon Mustard Powder
Kosher Salt and Freshly Ground Pepper
2 Tablespoons Vegetable Oil
8 Slices American Cheese
Prepared Warm Crab Dip Topping
Lettuce Leaves, for serving
Sliced Tomato, for serving
Dill Pickle Chips, for serving
Green Onion, chopped for serving
Serves: 4
Directions
Step 1
Prepare Warm Crab Dip.
Step 2
Combine beef, Worcestershire sauce, and mustard powder in medium mixing bowl and mix with hands.
Step 3
Form into 8 very thin 4 1/2-inch-wide patties and season lightly with salt and pepper.
Step 4
Heat 1 tablespoon vegetable oil in large nonstick skillet over medium-high heat. Add 4 patties and cook until browned, about 2 minutes. Flip and top each patty with slice of cheese. Cook until cheese starts to melt, about 1 minute.
Step 5
Transfer to large plate and tent with foil. Add remaining 1 tablespoon vegetable oil and repeat with remaining patties and cheese.
Step 6
Serve with two patties on each Big Marty’s Roll, topped with lettuce, tomato, pickles, crab dip, and green onion.
