“Big Marty’s”Ingredients
4 Martin’s Big Marty’s
1 Pound Ground Beef
Iceberg Lettuce, hand-torn
White Onion, sliced
Dill Pickle Chips
Tomato, sliced
Mayonnaise, to taste
Ketchup, to taste
Salt, to taste
Pepper, to taste
Serves: 4
Directions
Step 1
Prepare and preheat grill pan to medium high heat.
Step 2
Divide ground beef into ¼ pound balls before shaping into thin patties.
Step 3
Season patties with salt and pepper.
Step 4
Place seasoned patties on hot grill pan and cook until bottom is well-charred.
Step 5
Flip and continue grilling until the other side is well-charred.
Step 6
Spread mayonnaise and ketchup onto the tops and bottoms of each Big Marty’s.
Step 7
Place patties onto each bottom half of Big Marty’s.
Step 8
Top with pickles, onions, lettuce, and tomato slices. Add ketchup and mayonnaise.
Step 9
Cover with tops of Big Marty’s and enjoy!
