Burgers
4 Martin’s 4-Inch (or Sandwich) Potato Rolls
2 Pounds Ground Beef
1/2 Pound Brisket, prepared
1/2 Pound Steak Strips, prepared
4 Slices Cheddar Cheese
4 Slices Pepper Jack Cheese
8 Ounces Beef Chili
Lettuce
Onion Rings
Burger Sauce
Tortilla Strips
Burger Sauce:
½ cup Mayonnaise
¼ cup Ketchup
2 Teaspoons Sweet Pickle Relish
2 Teaspoons Sugar
2 Teaspoons White Vinegar
1 Teaspoon Black Pepper

Directions
Step 1
Make Burger Sauce: In a small bowl, mix together mayonnaise, ketchup, sweet pickle relish, sugar, white vinegar and black pepper. Refrigerate until you are ready to assemble burgers.
Step 2
Warm the prepared brisket, steak strips, and chili, keep hot until you are ready to assemble burgers.
Step 3
Form ground beef into 8 patties (¼ pound each).
Step 4
Place burger patties on large pan over medium-high heat. Salt and pepper burger patties to taste, and cook for 4-5 minutes on each side, until done in the middle.
Step 5
Top each burger patty with a slice of cheese (four cheddar and four pepper jack).
Step 6
Assemble the burgers using Martin’s 4-inch (or Sandwich) Potato Rolls. Layer lettuce on bottom bun, one burger patty with pepper jack cheese, 1/8 pound of steak strips, one burger patty with cheddar cheese, 1/8 pound of brisket, burger sauce, beef chili, onion rings, and tortilla strips. Top with bun and serve immediately.
