Berry French Toast Skewers

Ingredients


6 Martin’s Dinner Potato Rolls, 2-inch cubed, French toasted*

1/2 Cup Vanilla Yogurt

1 Tablespoon Milk

1 Pound Strawberries (18-20 strawberries)

1/2 Cup Blackberries

Maple Syrup, for serving (optional)


Directions


Step 1

*Prepare French Toast Cubes according to our Cinnamon French Toast Bites recipe.

Step 2

In a small cup, stir together the yogurt and milk until it is a pourable consistency; add more milk as needed.

Step 3

Layer French Toast Cubes and berries in an alternating pattern onto wooden kabob skewers.

Step 4

Top French toast skewers with vanilla yogurt drizzle. Serve, alongside additional yogurt sauce or maple syrup, for dipping.
