Another one of our favorite things about spring is integrating fresh, flavorful herbs into our favorite recipes. Adding bright flavors like basil, parsley, dill, or garlic can really take a meal to a whole new culinary level.

With an equal balance of meat and veggies, this sandwich is perfect for herbivores and carnivores alike. Pair together some thinly sliced roast beef, earthy microgreens, sliced radishes, and a creamy garlic and basil goat cheese spread for some nice contrast. - ½ Pound Roast Beef, thinly sliced
- 4 Ounces Goat Cheese, softened
- 1 Clove Garlic, minced
- ¼ Cup Fresh Basil, chopped
- 4-5 Sprigs Parsley, chopped
- 1 Teaspoon Chopped Chives
- 4 Radishes, thinly sliced
- 1 Cup Microgreens or Sprouts

- 3 Tablespoons Chopped Fresh Dill
- 1 1/2 Teaspoons Dijon Mustard
- 1 Tablespoon Olive Oil
- 1 Teaspoon White Wine Vinegar
- Fresh-Ground Black Pepper
- 8 Leaves of Green Leaf Lettuce
- 4 Slices Provolone Cheese
- 2 Tomatoes, sliced
- 1 Cucumber, peeled and thinly sliced
