8 Beef Hot Dogs

8 Martin's Long Potato Rolls

Prepared Relish

Green Peppers, chopped and sliced (for garnish)

Yellow Mustard

Green Food Coloring (optional)

Baby Spinach, cut into small circles

Serves: 8


Step 1

Cook hot dogs according to your preferred cooking method.

Step 2

Mix together yellow mustard and green food coloring in a small dish until combined. Transfer to a squeeze bottle if desired.

Step 3

Place each hot dog in a bun and top with relish, chopped green peppers, yellow and green mustard, and spinach circles. Decorate the plate with sliced green peppers in the shape of four-leaf clovers, if desired.
