Slow Cooker Spicy Sausage Dip

1 lb Spicy Italian Sausage, browned and drained
16 oz Sour Cream
8 oz Cream Cheese, room temperature
2 Cups Shredded Colby-Jack Cheese
¼ Cup Green Onion, sliced
1 Jalapeño, minced
1 Cup Salsa
1 Loaf Martin's Potato Bread, baked into Toast Crackers
Add all ingredients to slow cooker and stir until combined.
Cover and cook on high setting for 1 hour or until cheese is melted. Reduce heat to warm.
Uncover and stir. Add additional green onion, if desired.
Serve warm with Martin’s Toast Crackers or Air Fryer Bread Chips.
