@thecuedad’s Philly Cheesesteak Sliders

Martin’s Sweet Dinner Potato Rolls

2 lbs. Beef Chipped Steak

1 Medium Onion, sliced thin

1 Lb. Provolone Cheese, sliced

1 Jar Cheez Whiz

Scallions, diced

BBQ Seasoning

2 Tbs. Butter, melted

Serves: 12


Step 1

Slice each Martin’s Sweet Dinner Potato Roll in half horizontally. Set aside.

Step 2

Slice onion and cook over medium heat with preferred oil until caramelized. Remove from pan and set aside.

Step 3

In the same pan, add chipped steak and BBQ seasoning. Cook until beef is browned.

Step 4

Lay bottom half of Martin’s Sweet Dinner Potato Rolls into baking dish or grill-safe pan.

Step 5

Add browned chipped steak, caramelized onions, and provolone cheese.

Step 6

Place on the tops of buns and brush with melted butter.

Step 7

Bake uncovered at 350° F in oven or grill for 15-20 minutes, or until golden brown and crispy. Ensure internal temperature of beef is at least 145° F.

Step 8

Remove sliders from oven or grill. Drizzle on cheez whiz and sprinkle with scallions. Serve and enjoy!
