Meatballs:
1 Pound Ground Beef
¼ Cup Bread Crumbs
2 Teaspoons Dried Italian Seasoning
2 Cloves Garlic, minced
2 Tablespoons Fresh Parsley, chopped
2 Tablespoons Parmesan Cheese, grated
1 Egg, beaten
Pull-Aparts:
12 Martin's Sweet Dinner Potato Rolls
12 Meatballs, prepared
2 Cups Marinara Sauce
¼ Cup Butter
2 Cloves Garlic, minced
1 Tablespoon Parmesan Cheese
1-2 Cups Mozzarella Cheese
2 Tablespoons Fresh Parsley, chopped
Serves: 6-12
Directions
Step 1
Preheat oven to 350° F.
Step 2
In a medium sized mixing bowl, gently mix by hand the ground beef, bread crumbs, Italian seasoning, garlic, parsley, Parmesan cheese, and egg. Shape into 12 meatballs, and place in a lightly greased baking dish.
Step 3
Bake for 15 to 20 minutes in the preheated oven, or until cooked through.
Step 4
Carefully slice a hole in the top of each Martin’s Sweet Dinner Potato Roll 1/2 of the way through. Remove the cut piece of bread from each roll.
Step 5
Prepare the garlic butter by mixing together the melted butter, minced garlic, and parmesan cheese.
Step 6
Brush the prepared garlic butter on the tops, sides, and inside of each cut Martin’s Sweet Dinner Potato Roll.
Step 7
Place the sheet pan in the oven and bake for 5 minutes or until slightly golden.
Step 8
Remove rolls from the oven and evenly distribute half of the mozzarella cheese between all rolls.
Step 9
Add meatballs into each, top with a spoonful of marinara sauce and the rest of the mozzarella.
Step 10
Place back into the oven for 8-10 minutes or until cheese is melted.
Step 11
Remove and top with chopped parsley.
