Sweet Party Potato RollsIngredients
12 Martin’s Sweet Party Potato Rolls
12 Ounces Goetta
12 Ounces Ground Beef
3 Slices Cheese, quartered
1 Small Onion, sliced thin
12 Tater Tots, baked and smashed
¾ Cup Mayonnaise
¼ Cup Hot Sauce
3 Strips Bacon
Salt
Pepper
Serves: 12
Directions
Step 1
Preheat oven to 400⁰ F.
Step 2
Place bacon strips and tater tots on baking sheet and bake until crispy, about 10-15 minutes.
Step 3
Remove bacon from sheet and drain on paper towels. Set tater tots aside.
Step 4
Cut bacon into 12 pieces. Set aside.
Step 5
Cut cheese slices into quarters. Set aside.
Step 6
In a mixing bowl, combine goetta and ground beef. Mix until well combined. Form 12 equal portions and shape into balls.
Step 7
In a large skillet over medium-high heat, place balls of meat. Season with salt and pepper. Top with onion and smash down with spatula.
Step 8
Cook both sides until browned and crispy, or to your preferred level of doneness.
Step 9
Add a quartered slice of cheese to each patty.
Step 10
Place baked tater tots in skillet and smash. Allow them to brown on both sides.
Step 11
In a small bowl, mix together mayonnaise and hot sauce.
Step 12
Assemble each slider by slicing each Martin’s Sweet Party Potato Roll in half and placing a patty on bottom half of bun. Top with bacon, smashed tater tot and spicy mayo.
Step 13
Place on tops of rolls and enjoy!
