@commandernbeef’s Goetta/Beef Breakfast Sliders
Martin’s Sweet Party Potato Rolls
12 Ounces Goetta
12 Ounces Ground Beef
3 Slices Cheese, quartered
1 Small Onion, sliced thin
12 Tater Tots, baked and smashed
¾ Cup Mayonnaise
¼ Cup Hot Sauce
3 Strips Bacon
Preheat oven to 400⁰ F.
Place bacon strips and tater tots on baking sheet and bake until crispy, about 10-15 minutes.
Remove bacon from sheet and drain on paper towels. Set tater tots aside.
Cut bacon into 12 pieces. Set aside.
Cut cheese slices into quarters. Set aside.
In a mixing bowl, combine goetta and ground beef. Mix until well combined. Form 12 equal portions and shape into balls.
In a large skillet over medium-high heat, place balls of meat. Season with salt and pepper. Top with onion and smash down with spatula.
Cook both sides until browned and crispy, or to your preferred level of doneness.
Add a quartered slice of cheese to each patty.
Place baked tater tots in skillet and smash. Allow them to brown on both sides.
In a small bowl, mix together mayonnaise and hot sauce.
Assemble each slider by slicing each Martin’s Sweet Party Potato Roll in half and placing a patty on bottom half of bun. Top with bacon, smashed tater tot and spicy mayo.
Place on tops of rolls and enjoy!
