Spinach Artichoke Sliders

Ingredients


1 pack of Martin’s Sweet Dinner Potato Rolls

12 oz Shredded Chicken

8 oz Cream Cheese, room temperature

1/2 cup Mayonnaise

15 oz Frozen Spinach, thawed and drained

15 oz Canned Artichoke Hearts, drained and chopped

1/2 cup Mozzarella Cheese, shredded

1/4 cup Parmesan Cheese, shredded

7 Cloves of Garlic, minced

1/2 tsp Sea Salt

1/8 tsp Black Pepper

12 slices Mozzarella cheese, you can also use Muenster or a Mild Cheddar

2 tbsp Butter


Yield: 12 Sliders

Directions


Step 1

Add the cream cheese, mayo, spinach, artichokes, shredded mozzarella cheese, shredded parmesan, garlic, salt, and pepper to a medium bowl. Mix well.

Step 2

Add the chicken to the spinach and artichoke mixture and mix well.

Step 3

Preheat your oven to 350F.

Step 4

Slice your sliders in half so you can separate the tops from the bottoms.

Step 5

Place the bottoms on a baking sheet and then add half of your sliced cheese to the rolls.

Step 6

Next add your chicken spinach and artichoke mixture on top of the cheese. You will likely have some extra that you can heat up in a dish and serve with chips.

Step 7

Add the other half of the sliced cheese to the sliders, and then place the tops of the rolls on top.

Step 8

Cover with aluminum foil and bake for 15 minutes, then remove the foil and bake for an additional 10-15 minutes.

Step 9

When it comes out of the oven, brush some melted butter on top of the rolls.
