9 Slices White American Cheese
Mayonnaise, to taste
1 Package Martin’s Sweet Dinner Potato Rolls (12 Rolls)
1 Tablespoon Butter, melted (for brushing buns)
Serves: 12
Directions
Step 1: Prepare Caramelized Onions
In a large skillet, butter over medium heat.
Step 2
Once the butter is melted, add the sliced onions.
Step 3
Stir the onions occasionally with a wooden spoon. Continue to cook over medium-high heat until the onions are translucent.

Step 5: Prepare Roast Beef Sliders
Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F.
Step 6
Cut Martin’s Sweet Dinner Potato Rolls in half. Place the bottom halves of the buns on a half sheet pan and toast in oven for 7-10 minutes until lightly toasted. Remove from oven. Spread with mayonnaise. Top each bun with a slice of roast beef. Spoon caramelized onions over the roast beef. Top with slices of cheese. Add the tops of the rolls and brush with butter.
Step 7
Cover entire sheet pan with aluminum foil. Bake for 15 minutes. Uncover and bake until the cheese is melted, about 5 minutes.
Step 8
Let cool a few minutes before serving.
