Made With
Sandwich Potato RollsIngredients
4 Martin’s Sandwich Potato Rolls
1 Pound Lean Ground Beef
Pinch of Salt
Pinch of Pepper
1 Teaspoon of Garlic Powder
1/2 Cup + 2 Tablespoons Grated Parmesan Cheese, divided
6 Tablespoons Shredded Parmesan Cheese
8 Slices Bacon, cooked
12 Stems Asparagus, trimmed and cut into 1 inch pieces
¼ Cup Mayonnaise
Serves: 4
Directions
Step 1
In a small bowl, mix together ground beef, salt, pepper, garlic, and ½ cup of grated parmesan cheese until well combined. Divide into four sections and form each into slightly flattened round patties. Place on plate, cover, and chill while preparing remaining ingredients.
Step 2
Preheat oven to 400 degrees Fahrenheit. On a sheet of parchment paper on a baking sheet, make 4 round piles of shredded parmesan cheese using about 1 ½ tablespoons of cheese for each pile. Gently press down to make circle of even thickness. Bake for around 3-5 minutes until golden. Set aside to cool before lifting from parchment paper.
Step 3
Preheat grill to medium-high heat. Cook the burger patties until browned on griddle side, about 5 minutes, then flip. In a separate pan, sauté asparagus until tender and lightly charred.
Step 4
Meanwhile, mix 2 tablespoons grated parmesan into mayonnaise. Spread the parmesan mayo mixture on the insides each roll.
Step 5
On each bun, stack a burger, bacon, asparagus, and a parmesan crisp. Close top bun and serve warm.
