4 Martin’s Sandwich Potato Rolls
1 ½ Pounds Ground Beef
1 Tablespoon Chili Powder
2 Teaspoons Garlic Powder
1 Teaspoon Salt
½ Teaspoon Black Pepper
1 Teaspoon Italian Seasoning
2 Teaspoons Worcestershire Sauce
Optional Toppings:
4-8 Slices Cheddar Cheese
Tomato, sliced
French Fried Onions
Bacon
BBQ Sauce
Lettuce
Serves: 4
Directions
Step 1
In a large bowl, mix together ground beef with chili powder, garlic powder, salt, black pepper, Italian seasoning, and Worcestershire sauce. Do not over mix.
Step 2
Form four patties and set aside.
Step 3
Preheat the grill to 400º F. Once the grill is preheated, cook burgers 4-5 minutes on each side, or until desired doneness.
Step 4
Before removing burgers from the grill, top with 1-2 slices of cheese and allow to melt.
Step 5
To assemble burgers, add lettuce to the bottom half of Martin’s Potato Sandwich Rolls. Add the burger, tomato, onions, BBQ sauce, French fried onions, and bacon.
Step 6
Place on tops of Potato Rolls and enjoy!
