“Big Marty’s”Ingredients
1 1/2 Pounds Ground Beef
1 Small Onion, diced
1 Slice Martin's Potato Bread, torn into tiny pieces
1 Egg, lightly beaten
3 Tablespoons Old Bay Seasoning
3 Tablespoons Fresh Parsley, chopped
1 Teaspoon Mustard
1 Teaspoon Worcestershire Sauce
6 Martin's Big Marty's Rolls, for serving
Tomato Slices, for serving
Cheese, for serving
Lettuce, for serving
Serves: 6
Directions
Step 1
Combine all of the patty ingredients together in a large bowl.
Step 2
Form into 6 evenly sized patties.
Step 3
Heat a grill to high heat. Place the burgers on the grill and cook for 3-4 minutes on each side or until cooked through.
Serve on Martin’s Big Marty Rolls, with desired toppings.
