2 Large Eggs

4 Slices Martin’s Old-Fashioned Real Butter Bread

1/4 Cup Milk

1 Teaspoon Vanilla Extract

1/2 Teaspoon Ground Cinnamon

Pinch Of Salt

2 Tablespoons Butter

1/2 Cup Maple Syrup, warmed

Powdered Sugar, for serving

Serves: 2


Step 1

Crack eggs into a shallow dish.

Step 2

Add milk and whisk to combine.

Step 3

Whisk in vanilla, cinnamon, and a pinch of salt.

Step 4

Melt butter in a medium-sized skillet over medium heat.

Step 5

Dip Butter Bread slices in egg mixture on both sides until coated, but not completely soaked through.

Step 6

Fry slices in heated skillet until golden brown, about 2-3 minutes per side.

Step 7

Serve warm with butter and maple syrup. Top with powdered sugar, if desired.
