Ingredients

tbsp butter, plus extra for serving
Cinnamon, to taste (optional)

slices Martin’s Cinnamon Raisin Swirl Potato Bread (per serving)
Maple Syrup
Milk (2 tablespoons per egg)
Directions
  1. Melt 1 tbsp butter in pan on medium heat.

  2. In a mixing bowl, whisk together egg(s), milk, vanilla extract, and cinnamon.

  3. In a mixing bowl, whisk together egg(s), milk, vanilla extract, and cinnamon.

  4. Soak both sides of the bread in the egg mixture until it has absorbed some of the liquid (about 30 seconds each side).

  5. Place 2 slices at a time (or as many will fit) onto the pan.

  6. Cook the toast on both sides until golden and crispy.

  7. Serve toast with butter and maple syrup, or any other desired toppings such as fresh fruit or powdered sugar.
