Cinnamon-Raisin Swirl Potato BreadIngredients
2 Eggs
2 Tablespoons Butter, plus extra for serving
1/2 Teaspoon Cinnamon
1/2 Teaspoon Vanilla Extract
4 Slices Martin’s Cinnamon Raisin Swirl Potato Bread
Maple Syrup, for serving
1/4 Cup Milk

Directions
Step 1
Melt 1 tbsp butter in pan on medium heat.
Step 2
In a mixing bowl, whisk together eggs, milk, vanilla extract, and cinnamon.
Step 3
Soak both sides of each bread slice in the egg mixture until it has absorbed some of the liquid (about 10 seconds per side).
Step 4
Place 2 slices at a time (or as many will fit) onto the pan.
Step 5
Cook french toast on both sides until golden and crispy. Repeat with remaining slices, if necessary.
Step 6
Serve toast with butter and maple syrup, or any other desired toppings such as fresh fruit or powdered sugar.
