Serves: 6

Step 1

Preheat oven to 350˚F. Cut Martin’s Sweet Dinner Potato Rolls horizontally. Lay bottom rolls in baking dish.

Step 2

On large cutting board, layer provolone cheese, ham, pepperoni, and salami. Chop ingredients into medium size pieces and mix together.

Step 3

Spoon mixture evenly on bottom rolls. Place top rolls over mixture.

Step 4

Combine melted butter, parmesan, garlic powder, and salt. Spread over top rolls. Bake for 15-20 minutes or until cheese is melted and rolls are golden brown. Cover with foil if rolls begin to burn.

Step 5

While sandwiches bake, prepare grinder salad. On large cutting board, layer lettuce, tomatoes, pepperoncini peppers, mayonnaise, red wine vinegar, Italian seasoning, salt, pepper, and garlic powder. Chop together and mix until ingredients are evenly dispersed. Place in medium bowl.

Step 6

When sliders are done baking, carefully remove top rolls and set aside. Spread grinder salad evenly over sliders in baking pan. Place top rolls back on.

Step 7

Serve immediately and enjoy!
