Chocolate Marshmallow French Toast
Basic French Toast, prepared
6-8 Tablespoons Marshmallow Fluff
Mini Chocolate Chips, for garnish
Prepare Basic French Toast.
Spread ½-1 tablespoon marshmallow fluff on one slice of Basic French Toast. Tip: you could also use mini marshmallows in place of or in addition to the marshmallow fluff, and start this step while your French toast is still in the pan, to allow the marshmallows to melt.
Drizzle chocolate syrup on top of marshmallow fluff and add another slice of French toast.
Top with more marshmallow fluff, chocolate sauce, and a final piece of French toast. Repeat for as many layers as you would like (we did 4 layers).
Sprinkle with a handful of mini chocolate chips, drizzle with chocolate syrup, and serve immediately.
