Cheesy Sausage & Hash Brown Breakfast Sliders
12 Martin’s Sweet Party Potato Rolls
1 Pack Schweid & Sons Original Pork Sausage Breakfast Patties
2 Tablespoon Oil or Butter
2 Cups Frozen Hash Browns
6 Eggs, very well beaten
¼ Cup Milk
American Cheese, sliced
2 Tablespoons Butter, melted
Salt and Pepper, to taste
Preheat the oven to 350°F.
Slice the Martin’s Sweet Party Potato Rolls lengthwise and place bottom half in a baking dish. Lightly toast in oven for approximately 5 minutes.
In a skillet, heat oil or butter and fry hash browns until golden brown. Salt and pepper to taste. Set aside.
In a separate skillet over medium high heat, fully cook sausage patties, 3-4 minutes on each side or until brown and crispy. Set aside on a paper towel lined plate.
In a small mixing bowl, whisk eggs and milk until combined.
Heat oil or butter in skillet, pour in well- beaten eggs and lightly scramble. Salt and pepper to taste.
Place the prepared sausage patties on the bottom half of rolls in baking dish. Top with hash browns, eggs, and cheese. Place top half of rolls on and brush with melted butter.
Bake for 5-10 minutes or until the cheese is melted and the buns are golden and toasted. Serve warm and enjoy!
