Made With
Sweet Party Potato RollsIngredients
24 Martin's Sweet Party Potato Rolls
32 Ounces Cooked Pulled Pork
¾ Cup Barbecue Sauce
4 Ounces Sliced Provolone Cheese (6 slices)
2 Tablespoon Butter
1 Teaspoon Garlic Powder
Serves: 8-12
Directions
Step 1
Start broiler on high. Slice both sheets of Party Rolls in half horizontally, keeping the rolls connected. Lay the bottom sheets of rolls side-by-side in the baking dish and bake for about 5 minutes, or until toasted, to dry out the rolls slightly. Remove and set aside.
Step 2
Preheat oven to 350°F. In a medium bowl, combine pulled pork and barbecue sauce. Stir together. Spread the pulled pork mixture on the bottom half of the Martin’s Party Potato Rolls, spreading all the way to the edges.
Step 3
Top with sliced provolone and replace top half of rolls.
Step 4
In a small bowl, melt butter and garlic powder. Brush the top of the buns with the melted butter mixture.
Step 5
Bake for 10 minutes, or until cheese is melted and tops are light golden brown. (Tip: Cover loosely with aluminum foil if rolls are browning too quickly.)
