Made With
Sweet Party Potato RollsIngredients
24 Martin’s Sweet Party Potato Rolls
1/2 Cup Mayonnaise
1 Pound Thin Sliced Turkey
1 Pound Thin Sliced Ham
12 Slices Bacon
9 Slices Provolone Cheese
1/4 Cup Butter
2 Teaspoons Brown Mustard
1/2 Teaspoon Onion Powder
1/2 Tablespoon Worcestershire Sauce
1/4 Teaspoon Granulated Sugar
1 Teaspoon Poppy Seeds
Serves: 8-12
Directions
Step 1
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. (If using the oven to cook bacon, preheat to 400 degrees F instead and then reduce heat to 350 when bacon is done.)
Step 2
Cook bacon on the stovetop or in the oven. Transfer to a paper towel-lined plate to drain.
Step 3
Slice both sheets of Party Rolls in half horizontally, keeping the rolls connected. Lay the bottom sheets of rolls side-by-side in the baking dish and bake for about 5 minutes, or until toasted, to dry out the rolls slightly.
Step 4
Spread bottom halves of the rolls with mayo, then layer buns with turkey, ham, bacon (breaking it into pieces to fit as needed), and cheese. Each layer should cover the previous layer edge to edge.
Step 5
Place top buns over the filling.
Step 6
In a medium bowl, melt butter. Mix in mustard, onion powder, Worcestershire sauce, sugar, and poppy seeds. Brush butter mixture over the rolls.
Step 7
At this point, you can get baking OR cover sandwiches with plastic wrap and store them in the fridge until ready to serve.
Step 8
Bake sliders on a 9×13-inch pan or a large baking sheet for 15-18 minutes until cheese is melted and rolls are golden on top.
Step 9
Remove from oven and let cool for 5 minutes before cutting into individual sliders.
Step 10
Serve warm.
