Caesar Salad Sandwich

This week on the blog, we’re continuing with more creative ways to eat healthy in the New Year! We’re taking some of our favorite salad recipes—Black and Blue Steak Salad, Caesar Salad, Cobb Salad, etc.—and turning them into tasty, stacked sandwiches on Martin’s Potato Rolls and Bread!

Salads are a go-to food to those trying to eat healthier or count calories. Packed with lots of colorful vegetables and fruit, salads can be a great way to get vitamins, minerals, and nutrients into your system. For example, spinach is rich in iron and fiber, which can aid in bone health and digestion, respectively. Want a burst of Vitamin C? Add a handful of shredded carrots or green peppers.  Vitamin A? Sprinkle on some green peas.

With so many diverse toppings to choose from, salads don’t have to be boring. Plus, any of these combinations taste even better on Martin’s Potato Rolls and Bread. If you’re trying to eat healthier, but croutons are your favorite part of a salad, these recipes are for you!
