Roast Beef with Herbed Goat Cheese
With an equal balance of meat and veggies, this sandwich is perfect for herbivores and carnivores alike. Pair together some thinly sliced roast beef, earthy microgreens, sliced radishes, and a creamy garlic and basil goat cheese spread for some nice contrast. Vegetable Sandwich with Dill Sauce

- 8 Leaves of Green Leaf Lettuce
- 4 Slices Provolone Cheese
- 2 Tomatoes, sliced
- 1 Cucumber, peeled and thinly sliced

- 1 Carrot, peeled and grated

Turkey Veggie Sandwich
