White Cheddar & Raspberry Grilled Cheese

2 Slices Martin’s Cinnamon-Raisin Swirl Potato Bread

2 Slices Sharp White Cheddar Cheese

1 Tablespoon Raspberry Jam

1 Tablespoon Butter, plus more as needed

Serves: 1


Step 1

Heat a medium skillet over medium heat; add butter and turn in skillet until melted.

Step 2

Place one slice of cheddar cheese on each slice of bread.

Step 3

Spread jam onto one slice of cheese and close the sandwich.

Step 4

Add sandwich to skillet once butter has melted.

Step 5

Grill sandwich until cheese is melted and bread is golden brown, flipping halfway through, about 5 minutes total.
