Martins Butter Bread
3 Cups White Cheddar Cheese, shredded
2 Cups Yellow Sharp Cheddar Cheese, shredded
4 Ounces Pimentos, drained and sliced
1 Cup Mayonnaise
2 Tablespoons Dijon Mustard
Serves: 6
Directions
Step 1
Combine cheeses, pimentos, mayo and Dijon mustard in a food processor and pulse until smooth.
Step 2
Cover and allow to chill.
Step 3
Spread desired amount of Pimento Cheese mixture onto Martins Butter Bread slices.
Step 4
Cut and enjoy!
