Sweet Dinner Potato RollsIngredients
12 Martins Sweet Dinner Potato Rolls
½ Cup Butter, melted
1 ½ Cups Granulated Sugar
1 Gallon Peach Ice Cream
8 Ounces Frozen Peaches
½ Cup Heavy Whipping Cream
Serves: 12
Directions
Step 1
Blend ice cream, frozen peaches, and heavy whipping cream in a high-speed blender until smooth.
Step 2
Line a baking sheet with parchment paper. Add the ice cream mixture to the baking sheet and level out with a spatula.
Step 3
Freeze for at least two hours.
Step 4
Carefully cut Martin’s Sweet Dinner Potato Rolls in half and separate tops from bottoms.
Step 5
Dip outside edges in melted butter and then in granulated sugar. Allow to dry slightly.
Step 6
Remove ice cream baking sheet from freezer and cut out discs of ice cream using a circular cookie cutter similar in size to the Martin’s Sweet Dinner Potato Rolls.
Step 7
Gently place each ice cream disc between the sugared tops and bottoms of the rolls, creating sandwiches, and enjoy!
