2 Limes, juiced
2 Tablespoons Honey

Step 1
Whisk the dressing ingredients together in a small bowl.
Step 2
Stir watermelon, cucumber, mint, and dressing together in a large salad bowl. Add feta and gently stir to combine.
Step 3
