Martin’s 100% Whole Wheat Potato Bread
2 Cans Tuna
1/2 Cup Mayonnaise
1 Stalk of Celery, diced
¼ Cup Red Onion, diced
¼ Cup Parsley, chopped
1 Tablespoon Basil, chopped
½ Tablespoon Dijon Mustard
1-2 Avocados, sliced
4 Leaves Green Leaf Lettuce
Salt and Pepper, to taste
Serves: 4
Directions
Step 1
Drain liquid from tuna cans. Then, add tuna, mayonnaise, celery, red onion, parsley, Dijon mustard, salt, and pepper to a mixing bowl.
Step 2
Stir ingredients together until well combined.
Step 3
To serve, scoop about 1/3 cup tuna salad onto a slice of Wheat Bread, add sliced avocado and lettuce, and top with another slice of bread.
