Cups Bread Crumbs (from toasted Martin’s bread)

Large Egg, lightly beaten

Cup Celery, diced

Cup Mayonnaise

Cup Onion, diced

Tablespoons Chili Sauce

(4 oz.) Cans Light Tuna In Water, drained

Tablespoons Butter

Martin’s 100% Whole Wheat 12-Sliced (Slider) Potato Rolls
Lettuce, optional
Tomato, optional
Directions
  1. Using a food processor, pulse toasted bread into bread crumbs. (You can use any Martin’s product such as Old-Fashioned Real Butter Bread or 100% Whole Wheat Potato Bread or Rolls.)

  2. In a medium bowl, mix together egg, breadcrumbs, celery, mayonnaise, onion, and chili sauce. Add tuna and fold to combine. Shape into four equal sized patties.

  3. In a large skillet, heat butter over medium heat. Cook patties until lightly browned, 4-5 minutes per side. Serve on Martin’s 100% Whole Wheat Potato Rolls, topped with lettuce and tomato if desired.
