“Big Marty’s”Ingredients
1 Veggie Burger Patty
1 Martin’s Big Marty’s Roll
½ Avocado, sliced
½ Jalapeño, chopped
2 Tablespoons Caramelized Onions, prepared
Homemade Fries, prepared, for serving
Cilantro-Mint-Lime sauce
1 Cup (packed) Fresh Cilantro
1/2 Cup Fresh Mint
2 Green Chilies
1 Inch Ginger, peeled and grated
2 Garlic Cloves, peeled
1 Tablespoon Lime Juice
Salt, to taste
1 Teaspoon Roasted Cumin Powder
1 Teaspoon Sugar
4-5 Peanuts (optional)

Directions
Step 1: Prepare Cilantro-Mint-Lime Sauce:
Add ingredients to the bowl of a food processor and blend until smooth. Transfer to a small dish or bowl and keep covered until ready to use. Store leftover sauce in a sealed container in the fridge for up to one week.
Step 2
Slice avocado, chop jalapeño, and prepare caramelized onions as desired.
Step 3
Prepare veggie burger patty according to package instructions, or until cooked to desired level.
Step 4
Place cooked veggie patty atop a Martin’s Big Marty’s Roll, topped with sliced avocado, chopped jalapeño, caramelized onions, and Cilantro-Mint-Lime Sauce.
Step 5
Serve with a side of homemade fries and extra sauce on the side, if desired. Enjoy!
