1 Martin’s Hoagie Roll
4 Ounces Deli Ham
1 Small Garlic Clove
1 Small Shallot
1/3 Cup Yogurt
2 Ounces Butter, melted or softened
5 Tablespoons Sour Cream
5 Ounces Grated Cheese
1/4 Teaspoon Sweet Paprika Powder
Chives
Pepper
Salt
Serves: 2-4
Directions
Step 1
Separate both halves of the hoagie roll and slice each into four slices. Place them on a baking tray lined with baking paper.
Step 2
Finely chop the ham, shallot, garlic, and chives.
Step 3
Mix yogurt in a bowl along with the melted or softened butter. Add sour cream and season with salt, pepper, and paprika.
Step 4
Add the ham, shallot, garlic, chives, and cheese to the yogurt mixture.
Step 5
Top the bread slices with the mix and sprinkle additional grated cheese on top.
Step 6
Bake the bread at 400F for 20 to 25 minutes, until crispy and golden brown. Garnish with chives.
