Sandwich Potato RollsIngredients
1 Pack Martin’s Sandwich Rolls (8 Rolls)
1/2 Cup Pizza Sauce
2 Cups Shredded Mozzarella Cheese
1/4 Red Onion, diced
½ Cup Bell Peppers (any color), chopped
1 3.8-oz Can Sliced Black Olives, sliced
For Garlic Butter:
-- ¼ Cup Unsalted Butter, melted
-- 1 Teaspoon Dry Parsley Flakes
-- ½ Teaspoon Dry Oregano Leaves
-- ½ Teaspoon Italian Seasoning
-- ¼ Teaspoon Salt
-- 3 Tablespoons Parmesan Cheese, grated
Serves: 8
Directions
Step 1
Prepare garlic butter by mixing butter, parsley, oregano, Italian seasoning, salt, and parmesan cheese in a small bowl. Set aside.
Step 2
Tear tops of Sandwich Rolls from bottoms. Air fry bottoms of Sandwich Potato Rolls, four at a time, for 1-2 minutes until slightly crisp. Remove rolls and place on plate.
Step 3
Apply butter to the inside of each Sandwich Roll bottom. Then, top with pizza sauce, small handful of mozzarella cheese, onions, peppers, black olives, and another small handful of cheese.
Step 4
Transfer four topped rolls to basket of air fryer. Air fry at 370 degrees Fahrenheit for 3 -5 minutes or until cheese is melted. Brush Sandwich Roll tops with garlic butter and add to top of each sandwich; air fry for another 2-3 minutes. Repeat steps 3 and 4 for remaining four sandwiches. Serve warm.
