Martin’s Hoagie Rolls
2 Pounds Crawfish
1 Tablespoon Creole Seasoning
1 Teaspoon Liquid Crawfish Boil
1 Stick Salted Butter
1 Large Yellow Onion, chopped
1 Red Bell Pepper, chopped
1 Celery Stick, chopped
1 Bunch Green Onions, chopped
1 Tablespoon Garlic, minced
1 Tablespoon Dried Parsley
8 Ounces Processed Cheese Product, shredded
8 Ounces Pepper Jack Cheese, shredded
16 Ounces Mozzarella Cheese, shredded
Serves: 6
Directions
Step 1
Preheat oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit.
Step 2
In a bowl, mix crawfish with Creole seasoning and liquid crawfish boil.
Step 3
In a pan, melt butter on a medium-low heat.
Step 4
Add yellow onion, red bell pepper, celery stick, and green onion into the pan, stirring frequently for about 25 minutes, or until vegetables are tender.
Step 5
Stir in garlic and parsley to the pan.
Step 6
Add seasoned crawfish, processed cheese, Pepper Jack cheese, and half of the shredded mozzarella to the pan, stirring constantly.
Step 7
Add mayonnaise and mix until combined. Remove pan from the heat.
Step 8
On baking tray, place your Martin’s Hoagie Rolls open-faced. Spread the crawfish mix onto the bread evenly and top with the remaining mozzarella cheese.
Step 9
Bake until the cheese is melted, slice, and serve!
