8 Martin’s Dinner Potato Rolls
1/4 Cup Granulated Sugar
1 Tablespoon Ground Cinnamon
8 Large Marshmallows
1/4 Cup Butter, melted
Preheat oven to 325°F. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
Using a sharp knife, cut out a round “door” from the bottom of each dinner roll and set them aside. Remove or compress the bread in the interior of the dinner rolls so they are hollowed out.
Combine sugar and cinnamon together on a plate or shallow bowl.
Dip each marshmallow into the melted butter, then roll in cinnamon-sugar to coat.
Place a coated marshmallow into each hollowed out dinner roll, replacing the “door” and making sure the roll is sealed shut.
Brush the tops of the rolls with more melted butter and sprinkle with cinnamon-sugar.
Place sealed rolls door-side down on prepared baking sheet. Bake for 5 to 10 minutes or until rolls are golden brown.
