1 Pack Martin’s Hoagie Rolls (6 Rolls)

1/4 Pound Prosciutto, thinly sliced

2 Cups Arugula

8 Ounces (½ lb.) Fresh Mozzarella

  Condiments such as Dijon mustard or balsamic glaze, for serving

Serves: 6


Step 1

Split and toast the hoagie rolls in 350 degree oven until slightly crisp.

Step 2

To prepare: Layer hoagie rolls with arugula, prosciutto, and freshly sliced mozzarella cheese. Top with desired condiments such as Dijon mustard or balsamic glaze.

Step 3

Serve. (Tip: This makes a great meal to pack for a picnic! Just make sure to bring along any utensils necessary for assembling.)
