New England Style Lobster Roll

Ingredients


12 Martin’s Sweet Dinner Potato Rolls or 4-6 Martin’s Long Potato Rolls

1 Pound Cooked Lobster Meat

3 Tablespoons Mayonnaise

2 Teaspoons Minced Chives

1 Teaspoon Lemon Juice, or more, to taste

1 Tablespoon Butter (salted or unsalted)

Salt and Pepper, to taste


Serves: 6

Directions


Step 1

Chop cooked lobster meat into small chunks.

Step 2

Add lobster meat, mayonnaise, chives, and lemon juice into a bowl and mix until lobster is fully coated. Add salt, pepper, and extra lemon juice to taste.

Step 3

Slice two connected Martin’s Sweet Dinner Potato Rolls along the top of the roll, creating a vertical slit for the lobster to be placed in.

Step 4

Melt butter in a pan on the stove on medium heat.

Step 5

Toast Martin’s Sweet Dinner Potato Rolls in the pan on the sides of the roll until golden brown.

Step 6

Fill Martin’s Sweet Dinner Potato Rolls with the lobster mix and serve!
