For Chipotle Ketchup:

Cup Ketchup

Chipotle in Adobo
1
Teaspoon Adobo Sauce
Directions
  1. Preheat grill or non-stick skillet over medium-high heat.

  2. If using ground “meat,” form into four 4-ounce patties. Cook patties 4-5 minutes per side.

  3. Prepare Chipotle Ketchup: Add ketchup, chipotle, and adobo sauce to a blender or food processor and blend until smooth. (Alternately, you can substitute with homemade ketchup like this recipe from skinnytaste.)

  4. Top bottom buns with a smear of chipotle ketchup, cooked burger patty, lettuce, onion, tomato, and more chipotle ketchup. Top off with top bun and serve along with your preferred sides.
