5 Mins
Butter Bread
Made With
Butter Bread

Ingredients

1-2 Tablespoon Salted Butter

6 Slices Martin's Butter Bread

Sriracha, to taste

1/2 Cup Aged Gouda, shredded

1/2 Cup Sharp Cheddar, shredded

2 Tablespoons Cream Cheese, softened

2 Tablespoons Mayonnaise

2 Jarred or Fresh Pimentos (Cherry Peppers), diced

1 Jalapeno Pepper, seeded and minced

Salt and Pepper, to taste

1 Pinch of Garlic Powder, Onion Powder, and Ground Cayenne

Serves: 12

Directions

Step 1

Prepare Pimento Cheese spread:

Mix together gouda, sharp cheddar, cream cheese, mayonnaise, diced cherry pepper, jalapeno, salt, pepper, and spices.

Step 2

Cut each slice of Martin’s Butter Bread into quarters. Scoop about 1 tablespoon of the pimento cheese spread onto six of the quartered bread slices. Top each with a drizzle of sriracha sauce and a second slice of bread.

Step 3

Spread a thin layer of butter on the top and bottom of each slider.

Step 4

Heat a grill pan or skillet over high heat. Grill the sliders in batches for about 1 minute per side, or until bread is toasted and golden and cheese is melted. Repeat as many batches as necessary.

Step 5

Remove finished sliders from heat and allow to sit for a minute or two to allow the cheese to firm up a bit. Serve and enjoy!
