4 Martin's Hoagie Rolls

Olive Oil

1 Green Pepper

1 White Onion

1 Pound Thinly Sliced Beef

Salt and Pepper

1 Tablespoon Worcestershire Sauce

8 Slices Provolone Cheese

Serves: 4


Step 1

Preheat oven to 300 degrees F.

Step 2

Slice the green peppers and onions. On medium heat, saute the vegetables with a little bit of olive oil. Cover the saute pan to let it steam a little, stirring often. When the vegetables have softened up a little, remove from pan and set aside.


Step 3

Saute the meat with a little extra olive oil. Season with salt and pepper. Add the Worcestershire sauce and stir. Once meat is fully cooked, mix in the vegetables.


Step 4

Open each roll lengthwise, add the meat and vegetable mixture. Put 2 slices of provolone cheese on top of the meat and put it in the oven on a baking sheet until the cheese melts.
