2 Martin's Long Potato Rolls
4 Mozzarella Sticks (frozen)
4 Tablespoons Marinara Sauce
2 Slices Provolone Cheese
Parmesan Cheese, grated
Bake mozzarella sticks according to package directions.
While mozzarella sticks are baking, lightly toast Long Potato Rolls in the oven or toaster oven. Warm marinara sauce in the microwave or stovetop.
Remove baked mozzarella sticks from oven; put 1-2 in each toasted potato roll, and top with warm marinara sauce and a slice of provolone cheese.
Broil mozzarella dogs until cheese melts. Sprinkle with grated parmesan and serve.
