Sweet Party Potato RollsIngredients
24 Martin's Sweet Party Potato Rolls (2 Packs)
24 Slices Virginia Baked Ham, sliced thinly
12 Slices Creamy Havarti (or Swiss) Cheese, sliced thinly
1/2 Cup Mayonnaise
1/2 Cup Unsalted Butter, melted
1 Tablespoon Dijon Mustard
1 Teaspoon Honey
1/2 Tablespoon Worcestershire Sauce
1 1/2 Teaspoons Poppy Seeds
1 Teaspoon Dried Minced Onion
Serves: 24
Directions
Step 1
Preheat the oven to 350°F.
Step 2
In a small bowl, combine melted butter with Dijon mustard, honey, Worcestershire Sauce, poppy seeds, and dried minced onion. Whisk to combine.
Step 3
Slice the tops off the whole sheet of rolls and carefully set them aside until ready to use. Lay the bottom halves of the rolls in a 13×9 casserole dish.
Step 4
Spread a thin layer of mayonnaise on rolls, then layer on cheese and ham slices.
Step 5
Carefully place the bun lids on top and pour the butter-mustard glaze over top.
Step 6
Bake in the oven preheated to 350°F for 15-20 minutes until the cheese is nicely melted and the sliders are warmed through. Serve and enjoy!
