4 Slices Martin’s Old-Fashioned Real Butter Bread

2 Ripe Avocados

2 Tablespoons Lime Juice (about 1 lime)

1/2 Teaspoon Kosher Salt

1/2 Cup Baby Heirloom Tomatoes, quartered

1/2 Small Red Onion, minced

1 Jalapeño, minced

1 Clove Garlic, minced

1 Bunch Fresh Cilantro, for serving

1 Green Serrano Chile Pepper, sliced, for serving

1-2 Green Onions, chopped, for serving

1/4 Cup Prepared Salsa Verde, for serving

Serves: 4


Step 1

In a medium bowl, mash together the avocado, lime juice, and kosher salt. Stir in tomatoes, onion, jalapeno, and garlic, until well combined.

Step 2

Toast bread. Spread prepared guacamole onto each slice of toast and top with cilantro, serrano, green onion, and a drizzle of salsa verde. Enjoy.
