3 lb Boneless, Skinless Chicken Breast
1 Cup Chicken Broth
1 Teaspoon Salt
1 Teaspoon Pepper
1 Teaspoon Garlic Powder
1 Teaspoon Onion Powder
Optional Ingredients:
½ tsp. Ground Paprika
½ tsp. Light Brown Sugar
1 Splash Apple Cider Vinegar
For Serving:
Martin’s Rolls of Choice
Serves: 8
Directions
Step 1
Place chicken breasts in crock pot. Pour chicken broth and seasonings over top.
Step 2
Cook on low for 6-8 hours or high for 3-4 hours.
Step 3
Use two forks to gently shred chicken into pieces.
Step 4
Optional: Turn slow cooker to warm setting until ready to serve.
Step 5
Serve chicken on sandwiches using Martin’s Potato Rolls, such as this BBQ pulled chicken sandwich.
